The TLK2 is a professional device for reusing Toyota keys. It allows for direct matching of used keys without the need to unlock. This innovative technology can significantly improve key reusability.  When a locked key is to be repurposed, the key will typically need to go through an unlocking and resetting phase. Some key models may not even be able to be refreshed due to certain encryption methods. The device will write key ID and other important information into the vehicle’s system while also storing key related data like passwords. After successful vehicle matching, the TLK2 writes the complete key information back to the original locked key so that the key can be used with the vehicle.
